الملخص
يهدف البحث الى التعرف على التحول الرقمي ودوره في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي لكليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة, واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي، وقد قام الباحث باختيار عينة عشوائية قدرها (87) عضواً من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بجامعات (سامراء – الموصل – ديالى – الانبار – المستنصرية - تكريت)، وكان من اهم الاستنتاجات توفر الكلية قواعد بيانات إلكترونية للأبحاث العلمية والمراجع، وكان من أهم التوصيات العمل على تطوير البنية التحتية لكليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة ليتناسب مع متطلبات تنفيذ التحول الرقمي.
