Main Article Content
Abstract
This research aimed to develop an educational curriculum based on the analogical thinking strategy for teaching certain tennis skills. The researchers employed an experimental approach, using a sample of third-year students at the College of Education and Sports Sciences, University of Basra, during the 2024-2025 academic year. The researchers concluded that the analogical thinking strategy effectively improved performance levels in certain tennis skills, as demonstrated by the post-test results of both the experimental and control groups. Therefore, the researchers recommended the use of the analogical thinking strategy in practical and theoretical lectures at colleges of physical education and sports sciences in Iraq, instead of relying solely on the instructor's subjective experience
