الملخص
هدف البحث الى بناء وتقنين مقياس التنمر في الوسط الرياضي للاعبي بعض الالعاب الفرقية والفردية واستعمل الباحثون المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لملائمته طبيعة المشكلة وكانت عينة البحث هم مكونة من 185 رياضياً بطريقة عشوائية وتم اعتماد اداة الملاحظة بالمشاركة و اداة الاستبيان و بعد جمع المعلومات وتحليل بيانات الاستبانة واستخدام الاساليب الإحصائية و التكرارات توصلنا إلى نتائج أهمها : بناء وتقنين أداة لقياس التنمر في الوسط الرياضي في بعض الالعاب الفرقية والفردية و من اهم التوصيات التي قدمت في هذا البحث هي ضرورة أجراء ورش وندوات تثقيفية ونفسية لتبيان خطر التنمر على الجوانب النفسية والسلوكية للرياضيين
