المناخ التنظيمي وعلاقته بالاستقرار الوظيفي لدى المشرفين الاختصاص في مديرية تربية السليمانية

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى الاستقرار الوظيفي كذلك التعرف على مستوى المناخ التنظيمي , كما استعمل الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب العلاقات الارتباطية، وذلك لملاءمته طبيعة المشكلة المراد حلها , لذلك تم تحديد مجتمع البحث بالمشرفين الاختصاص في مديرية تربية السليمانية للعام الدراسي 2023/2024، أما عينة البحث فتم اختبارها بالطريقة العمدية من المشرفين الاختصاص في مديرية تربية السليمانية والبالغ عددهم (50) مشرفا، كما تم اختيار (10) مشرفين لإجراء تجربة استطلاعية عليهم ، واستنتج الباحثان وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين الاستقرار الوظيفي والمناخ الوظيفي للمشرفين الاختصاص في مديرية تربية السليمانية وكذلك اوصوا توفير المناخ التنظيمي داخل المنتدى والتعامل المتبادل بين إداري جميع المنشئات الرياضية في اقليم كردستان العراق.
