تأثير تمرينات المقاومة الخاصة بوسط مـائي في بعض المتغيرات البدنية وانجاز ركض 100 متر حرة

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الى اعداد تمرينات المقاومة الخاصة بوسط مائي و التعرف على قيم بعض المتغيرات البدنية والانجاز لعينة البحث, واستعمل الباحث المنهـــج التجريبــــــي بأسلــــوب (المجموعة الواحدة) ذات الاختبارين القبلي والبعُدي وتصميمها, و جرى تحديد مجتمع عينة البحث لفعالية 100 م بالطريقة العمدية والذي طبق عليهم التمرينات باستعمال الوسط المائي ، وتمثلت العينة فئة الرجال فوق 21 سنة في بطولة اندية ومؤسسات العراق لألعاب القوى لموسم (2024) الذين ينتمون الى الأندية العراقية (نادي الحشد، نادي الجيش ، نادي الشرطة), اما اهم الاستنتاجات التي خرج بها الباحث كانت بان استخدام تدريبات مقاومة الوسط المائي لها دور فعال في تحسين الانجاز, اما اهم التوصيات كانت بأن استخدام تدريبات الوسط المائي لها اثر فعال في تطوير القدرات البدنية و الانجاز.
