تأثير تمرينات الروندو في تطوير بعض المهارات الاساسية للاعبي كرة قدم صالات تحت عمر 18 سنة

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة : اعداد تمرينات بأسلوب الروندو و استعمل المنهج التجريبي في دراستهما الحالية لملائمته طبيعة مشكلة البحث وكانت عينة البحث لاعبي نادي الموارد المائية عددهن (10) لاعبين شاركوا في الدوري العراقي لكرة قدم صالات واجري عليهم الاختبارات وتطبق المنهاج التدريبي في فترة الاعداد الخاص بـ (8) اسابيع نفذت بواقع (3) وحدة في الاسبوع وكان زمن المدة لتنفيذ التمارين (50) دقيقة باستعمال اسلوب الروندو واستنتجوا الباحثون : ان التمرينات التي طبقت بأسلوب الروندو ساعدت على تطور بعض المهارات الاساسية لأفراد عينة البحث وكذلك اوصوا: في الاهتمام باستعمال التمرينات بأسلوب (الروندو) وفق اسس تدريبية علمية لرفع كفاءة لاعبي كرة قدم صالات أثناء التدريب والمنافسات, وحث المدربين على اعتماد هذه التمرينات وخصوصا مع الفئات العمرية الصغيرة مثل الاشبال والناشئين.
