الملخص

هدف البحث الى التعرف على تاثير التمرينات الحركية والمهارية على المرونة والرشاقة للاعبين الشباب واستعمل المنهج التجريبي تم تحديد مجتمع البحث من لاعبي نادي الزوراء الرياضي للشباب لكرة القدم للعمر المتراوح من ( 17-19) سنة للموسم (022-2023) البالغ عددهم 30 لاعب تم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العمدية وبعدها قسموا الى مجموعتين المجموعة الضابطة والمجموعة التجريبية و استنتج بان استعمال البرنامج التدريبي ساهم بشكل كبير في تطور القدرات الحركية للمجموعة التجريبية واختار طريقة التموج التدريبي اسبوعياً ( 2-1 ) لمنهاجه التدريبي  حيث يوصي الباحثان بالعمل على تطوير القدرات الحركية وذلك لربط الاداء البدني والمهاري وزيادة فعاليته والاهتمام بالقدرات الحركية واعطاء تمرينات في نفس ظروف المنافسات المقبلة
