الملخص

    هدف البحث الى إعداد مقياس خاص بمعوقات المشاركة في المسيرة الكشفيةـ وطُبق على عينة من البحث المتمثلة قائدات المدارس النائية للبنات في ريف محافظة المثنى، البالغ عددهن (18) مُدرِسة، ثم قامت الباحثات بتحليل الفقرات إحصائيا، لتكتمل الصورة النهائية للمقياس والتي على وفقها تم تبويب البيانات بواسطة الميزان التقديري و استنتجت الباحثات إن المعوقات الشخصية هي أبرز المعوقات التي تمنع مشاركة قائدات المدارس النهائية في المسيرة الكشفية، وهي تكمن في القلق من التبعات التي ترتبط بحدوث الإصابات او الموت للمرشدات وما ينتج عنها من احكام عشائرية.
