الملخص
هدف البحث الى:- التعرف على واقع المناخ المدرسي في مدارس محافظة اربيل من وجهة نظر مدرسي التربية الرياضية والتعرف على مستوى الاداء الوظيفي لمدرسي التربية الرياضية في مدارس محافظة اربيل من وجهة نظر مديري المدراس.تمثلت عينة البحث على 15 مدير مدرسة للوقوف على الاداء الوظيفي لمدرسي التربية البدنية في المدارس ذاتها, كما شملت عينة البحث على (15) مدرس للتربية البدنية من اجل التعرف على واقع المناخ المدرسي للمدارس التي ينتمون اليها.ولغرض قياس واقع المناخ المدرسي استعان الباحثان بمقياس حيث يتكون من خمسة محاور هي (العلاقة بين الطلبة-العلاقة بين الطلبة والمدرسين-العلاقة بين الطلبة والادارة المدرسية-العلاقة بين المدرسين والادارة المدرسية-المشكلات المدرسية) ولجأ الباحثان الى بناء مقياس الاداء الوظيفي المكون من اربعة محاور هي (محور الاداء التدريسي -محور البحث العلمي -محور النشاط في المدرسة -محور السلوكيات) وبعد اجراء الادبيات الاحصائية تكون المقياس بصورته النهائية من (32 فقرة).
