الملخص

هدف البحث إلى :-


1- إعداد مقياس لقياس ممارسات القيادة النموذجية لمديري المدارس الثانوية التابعة لمديرية تربية بغداد الكرخ الثانية من وجهة نظر مدرسي التربية الرياضية، ومقياس لقياس الالتزام المهني لدى مدرسي التربية الرياضية في المدارس الثانوية التابعة لمديرية تربية بغداد الكرخ الثانية من وجهة نظرهم.


2- التعرف على مدى تطبيق مديري المدارس الثانوية التابعة لمديرية تربية بغداد الكرخ الثانية لممارسات القيادة النموذجية من وجهة نظر مدرسي التربية الرياضية.


واستعمل المنهج الوصفي اذ تكون مجتمع البحث من مدرسي التربية الرياضية في المدارس الثانوية التابعة لمديرية تربية بغداد الكرخ الثانية، والبالغ عددهم (371) مدرس، فيما تكونت عينة البحث الرئيسة من (239) مدرس تربية رياضية اذ قام الباحث بإعداد أداتين الأولى لقيس القيادة النموذجية لمديري المدارس الثانوية، والثاني لقياس الالتزام المهني للمدرسين، واستنتج الباحث :- تمّ التحقق من فاعلية مقياس القيادة النموذجية لمديري المدارس الثانوية التابعة للمديرية العامة لتربية بغداد الكرخ الثانية من وجهة نظر مدرسي التربية الرياضية، وكذلك فاعلية مقياس الالتزام المهني لمدرسي التربية الرياضية فيها من وجهة نظرهم، بعد تطبيق الإجراءات العلمية عليهما في الباب الثاني.


وأوصى الباحث:- ضرورة ان تقوم مديرات التربية بتوفير الدعم والفرص لتطوير مديري المدارس قياديا عبر برامج التدريب.
