الملخص

تكمن أهمية البحث من خلال استخدام استراتيجية الجدول الذاتي ( K-W-L ) في تعلم الاداء الفنـــي لفعاليـــة الوثب الطويل للطالبات , فضلاَ عن معرفة أيهما أفضل ( استراتيجية الجدول الذاتي أم المنهج المتبع )  في متغيرات البحث , استخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي ذو المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية ذات الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي وكانت عينة البحث من طالبات كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة- جامعة الكوفة للعام الدراسي 2021-2022 والبالغ عددهم 16 طالبة من مجتمع أصل بلغ عدده 48 طالبة إذ تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة ( القرعة ) وتم استخدام الحقيبة الاحصائية (spss) لاستخراج النتائج , ومن خلال عــرض النتـــائج وتحــليلها ومنــــاقشتها وجد ان هــناك تأثـــير استراتيجية الجدول الذاتي في تطوير متـــغيرات البــــحث بين المجموعتين ولصــالح المــــجـــموعة التـــــجريبـــية .
