أثـــر استخــدام استراتيجية ويتـــلي فــي تـــعلم الاداء الفنـــي والانجاز لرمـــي الرمح للطلاب

الملخص
ومن أجل النهوض بالمستوى الجيد للطلاب في فعاليات العاب القوى بكافة انشطتها وطرائق وأساليب تعليمها وتدريبها المتنوعة بما يلائم مستوياتهم يحتم على مدرس المادة أن يكون ملماً بشكل جيد بأساليب وطرائق التدريس الحديثة كافة.
لذا تكمن أهمية البحث باستعمال استراتيجية ويتـــلي في تعلم الاداء الفنـــي لفعاليـــة رمـــــي الرمــــح للطلاب، فضلاَ عن معرفة أفضلية ( استراتيجية الجدول الذاتي أم المنهج المتبع ) في متغيرات البحث، استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي ذو المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية ذات الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي وكانت عينة البحث من طلاب كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة- جامعة الكوفة للعام الدراسي 2022-2023 والبالغ عددهم 16 طالباً من مجتمع أصل بالغ عدده 42 طالباً إذ تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة ( القرعة ) وتم استخدام الحقيبة الاحصائية (spss) لاستخراج النتائج، ومن خلال عــرض النتـــائج وتحــليلها ومنــــاقشتها وجد ان هــناك تأثـــير استراتيجية ويـــتلـــي في تعلم فعالية رمي الرمح بين المجموعتين ولصــالح المــــجـــموعة التـــــجريبـــية .
