فاعلية الإدارة بالأهداف كمدخل لتطوير إدارة النشاط الرياضي لدى العاملين في وحدات الأنشطة الرياضية بجامعات محافظة اربيل

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على فاعلية الإدارة بالأهداف كمدخل لتطوير إدارة النشاط الرياضي في وحدات الأنشطة الرياضية بجامعات محافظة اربيل ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتتكون مجتمع الدراسة من العاملين في وحدات الأنشطة الرياضية بجامعات محافظة اربيل والبالغ عددهم (97)، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لهذا الغرض لتطبيقها على عينة الدراسة بلغ عددها (35) عاملا، واستخدم الباحث الوسائل الإحصائية الملائمة لتحليل البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائياً وتم استخدام البرنامج (SPSS)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هنالك إمكانية لتطبيق نموذج الإدارة بالأهداف في وحدات الأنشطة الرياضية بجامعات محافظة اربيل بدرجة متوسطة ، وأوصى الباحث بتعزيز اهتمام الإدارة العليا بتطبيق مبادئ الإدارة بالأهداف، كونها أسلوب إداري فعال يعمل على زيادة درجة مشاركة المرؤوسين في عملية صناعة واتخاذ القرارات.
