دراسة ارتباطية لدور التوافق العصبي العضلي في تحسين دقة استقبال الإرسال لدى لاعبي الكرة الطائرة

الملخص
يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين التوافق العصبي العضلي ودقة أداء مهارة استقبال الإرسال لدى لاعبي الكرة الطائرة، بوصف هذه المهارة من الركائز الأساسية في الأداء الدفاعي والتي تؤثر بشكل مباشر في بناء الهجوم وتحقيق الفوز. إذ يتطلب الأداء المهاري في هذه اللعبة مستوى عالياً من التنسيق بين الجهازين العصبي والعضلي، بما يضمن دقة الحركة وسرعة الاستجابة للمثيرات المختلفة أثناء اللعب.
تتمثل مشكلة البحث في ملاحظة ضعف مستوى أداء مهارة استقبال الإرسال لدى بعض اللاعبين، الأمر الذي قد يعود إلى قصور في مستوى التوافق العصبي العضلي. لذلك سعى الباحث إلى دراسة العلاقة بين هذين المتغيرين لدى لاعبي نادي ديالى. اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب العلاقات الارتباطية، وتم اختيار عينة مكونة من (10) لاعبين من أصل (14) لاعباً يمثلون مجتمع البحث للموسم الرياضي (2024–2025).
وقد استخدمت اختبارات مقننة لقياس التوافق العصبي العضلي ودقة استقبال الإرسال، ثم عولجت البيانات إحصائياً باستخدام معامل ارتباط سبيرمان. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية قوية بين التوافق العصبي العضلي ودقة استقبال الإرسال، مما يشير إلى أهمية تطوير هذا العنصر في البرامج التدريبية. ويوصي البحث بضرورة اعتماد تدريبات نوعية لتنمية التوافق الحركي بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة الأداء المهاري للاعبين.
