المرونة المعرفية لدى مدرسي التربية الرياضية في المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر المشرفين 2025-2026

الملخص

هدف البحث الى دراسة المرونة المعرفية لدى مدرسي التربية الرياضية في المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر المشرفين 2025-2026. واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي (الدراسة المسحية) لملائمتها لطبيعة البحث، ويتمثل مجتمع البحث  المشرفين الاختصاص والفنيين للرصافة 1 والرصافة 2 والرصافة 3 والكرخ 1 والكرخ ا لثانية والكرخ 3 في محافظة بغداد لسنة 2025-2026  والبالغ عددهم (170) مشرفاً، واستخدم الباحثان الاستبيان لجمع البيانات اللازمة لتحقيق هدف البحث عن طريق تطبيق  أستمار استبيان تهدف الى التعرف على المرونة المعرفية لدى مدرسي التربية الرياضية في المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر المشرفين (الاختصاص – الفنيين ) ، وكانت اهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحثان اجراء دراسات مستقبلية عن مقياس المرونة المعرفية على عينات أخرى في مجال التربية والتعليم ,تعميم نتائج البحث لمدرسي التربية الرياضية على مستوى العراق وذلك لتشابه الظروف التربوية والاجتماعية بين المحافظات ,الاهتمام بمجال الطلاقة الفكرية-الاستكشافية على انتاج أكبر عدد من الأفكار وتستكشف جميع جوانب المشكلة كون هذا المجال بأقل متوسط حسابي
