قياس الرضا الوظيفي لمدربي الألعاب الفردية والجماعية في منتديات الشباب والرياضة في ذي قار

الملخص

يهدف البحث إلى قياس مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى مدربي الألعاب الفردية والجماعية العاملين في منتديات الشباب والرياضة في محافظة ذي قار، والتعرف على الفروق في مستوى الرضا الوظيفي بين مدربي الألعاب الفردية والجماعية استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته لطبيعة البحث تم تصميم استبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وتضمنت محاور عدة مثل الرضا عن الرواتب، بيئة العمل، العلاقات مع الزملاء والإدارة، فرص التطوير الوظيفي، وغيرها. تم توزيع الاستبانة على عينة من المدربين العاملين في منتديات الشباب والرياضة في محافظة ذي قار، تكونت عينة البحث من مدربي الألعاب الفردية مثل ألعاب القوى والجماعية مثل كرة القدم في منتديات الشباب والرياضة في ذي قار وظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى مدربي الألعاب الفردية والجماعية كان متوسطًا بشكل عام، مع وجود بعض الجوانب التي تحتاج إلى تحسين مثل الرواتب وفرص التطوير الوظيفي و لم تكن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الرضا الوظيفي بين مدربي الألعاب الفردية والجماعية، مما يشير إلى أن طبيعة الرياضة (فردية أو جماعية) لا تؤثر بشكل كبير على مستوى الرضا الوظيفي وأوصى الباحثان  بتحسين نظام الرواتب والمكافآت لمدربي الألعاب الفردية والجماعية لتعزيز مستوى الرضا الوظيفي و توفير فرص تدريبية وتطويرية للمدربين لزيادة كفاءتهم وتحفيزهم وتحسين بيئة العمل وتوفير الأدوات والمرافق اللازمة لضمان أداء أفضل للمدربين
