الملخص
هدف البحث إلى التعرف على تأثير أسلوب التعلم بالمشاركة في اتحاذ القرار ودقة التصويب من القفز عالياً بكرة اليد للطالبات، واتبعت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية، واختيرت عينة البحث عشوائياً من طالبات المرحلة الثانية في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضية-جامعة بابل وبعدد(28) طالبة، استنتجت الباحثة ان لأسلوب التعلم بالمشاركة دور كبير في تحسين اتخاذ القرار ودقة التصويب من القفز عالياً بكرة اليد لطالبات المجموعة التجريبية، كما أوصت الباحثة بضرورة ادخال أسلوب التعلم بالمشاركة في أثناء الوحدات التعليمية لمادة كرة اليد لطالبات المرحلة الثانية.
