الملخص

تناول الباحثين في الفصل الاول اهمية البحث وهي الحاجة إلى التعرف على المناعة التنظيمية ودورها في القيادة الاخلاقية لدى القادة الكشفيين حاملين الشارة الخشبية في العراق. اما مشكلة البحث فتتمثل في ان دور المناعة التنظيمية ليس فقط محصوراً في النجاح فحسب، بل لابد من وجود استمرارية لهذا النجاح والنمو المستمر والتكيف ومواجه التحديات، وهو جانب. وهدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى المناعة التنظيمية والقيادة الأخلاقية لدى القادة الكشفيين من حملة الشارة الخشبية في العراق، وكذلك التعرف على العلاقة بين المقياسين. وتم التطرق في الفصل الثاني الى اهم المصطلحات في عنوان البحث. اما الفصل الثالث فقد تم التطرق الى منهجية البحث وإجراءاته الميدانية، حيث استخدم الباحثين المنهج الوصفي، وقد تمثلت عينة البحث بالقادة الكشفيين حاملين الشارة الخشبية في العراق. وإجراءات البحث الميدانية متمثلة ببناء المقياسين ووضع الدرجات المعيارية والتعرف على المستويات المعيارية. اما الفصل الرابع تم التطرق الى مناقشة النتائج. وفي الفصل الخامس استنتج الباحثين التعرف على مستويات المقياسين المناعة التنظيمية والقيادة الأخلاقية، فضلاً عن ايجاد العلاقة بينهما. اما التوصيات، فيوصي الباحثين بتعميم نتائج الدراسة على الأقسام الكشفية والمدرسية، وإجراء دراسات مشابهة على هذه الاقسام.
