تقييم نسبي لمؤشرات اللياقة البدنية والوظيفية كمحددات للاحتياطي التنفسي لدى لاعبي كرة الصالات وعدائي المسافات المتوسطة

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم نسب مساهمة بعض الصفات البدنية والمتغيرات الوظيفية في مستوى الاحتياطي التنفسي لدى لاعبي كرة الصالات وعدائي المسافات المتوسطة، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي. تكونت العينة من (12) رياضياً موزعين بالتساوي بين الفئتين، وتم إجراء اختبارات فسيولوجية وبدنية شملت معدل ضربات القلب، معدل التنفس، مطاولة السرعة، والقوة المميزة بالسرعة للرجلين، إلى جانب قياس الاحتياطي التنفسي باستخدام أجهزة طبية متخصصة. أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق معنوية بين المجموعتين في جميع المتغيرات المدروسة، حيث تفوق عداؤو المسافات المتوسطة في مستوى الاحتياطي التنفسي، ومعدل ضربات القلب، ومطاولة السرعة، والقوة المميزة بالسرعة، بينما سجل لاعبو كرة الصالات معدلاً أعلى في عدد مرات التنفس. كما كشفت الدراسة عن اختلاف نسب مساهمة كل متغير في تحديد مستوى الاحتياطي التنفسي، مما يعكس تأثير نوعية التدريب على التكيفات الفسيولوجية والبدنية. توصي الدراسة بضرورة إجراء فحوصات دورية لتقييم كفاءة الأجهزة الوظيفية، وتوسيع نطاق البحث ليشمل فعاليات رياضية أخرى ومتغيرات إضافية، بما يسهم في تطوير الأداء الرياضي على أسس علمية دقيقة.
