دور الادارة المدرسية في تعزيز درس الرياضة ومشاركة الطلاب في البطولات والانشطة البدنية من وجهة نظر مدرسي الرياضة في الكرخ الثانية

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة دور الإدارة المدرسية في دعم الأنشطة الرياضية وتعزيز مشاركة الطلاب في البطولات المدرسية، من خلال تحليل واقع الإدارة في مدارس مديرية تربية بغداد الكرخ الثانية. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة المشكلة، واعتمد على عينة من مدرسي التربية الرياضية لجمع البيانات المتعلقة بمستوى الدعم الإداري، المادي، والتنظيمي للأنشطة الرياضية. أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى دعم الإدارة يتراوح بين المتوسط وفوق المتوسط، إذ تبين أن البرامج التحفيزية التي تطورها الإدارة تسهم في رفع حماس الطلاب، فيما يشكل ضعف المشاركة المجتمعية ونقص التمويل أبرز المعوقات. كما أظهرت النتائج أن التخطيط والتنظيم للفعاليات الرياضية يحتاج إلى مزيد من التطوير، خاصة في ما يتعلق بتنسيق الجداول الدراسية وتعزيز الوعي بأهمية النشاط الرياضي. خلص البحث إلى أن الإدارة المدرسية عنصر محوري في إنجاح الأنشطة الرياضية من خلال التحفيز، وتوفير التجهيزات، والتخطيط الفعّال، وأوصى بضرورة تطوير برامج تحفيزية متنوعة، وتعزيز التعاون مع المجتمع المحلي، ووضع خطط تنظيمية ومالية مستدامة تسهم في تحقيق بيئة مدرسية رياضية فاعلة تدعم النمو البدني والنفسي للطلاب.
