الملخص
هدف البحث إلى بناء مقياسي قدرات التسامح والشعور بالكرب النفسي للاعبي بعض فعاليات مركز رعاية الموهبة الرياضية لألعاب القوى، وأعتمد المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب العلاقات الارتباطية، على عينة بلغت (97) لاعباً من فئة الشباب في فعاليات الأركاض والرمي والوثب اختيروا عمدياً بأسلوب الحصر الشامل بنسبة (100%) من مركز رعاية الموهبة الرياضية لألعاب القوى في الموسوم الرياضي (2023/2024)، إذ استنتجت الباحثة بإن مقياسي قدرات التسامح وخفض الشعور بالكرب النفسي يصلحان لقياس ما أُعدا لإجلهما ويتمتعان بالأسس والمعاملات العلمية في علم النفس الرياضي، كما أوصت الباحثة بضرورة زيادة اهتمام مركز رعاية الموهبة الرياضية
