الملخص

       تضمن البحث على مقدمة البحث وأهميته بدور الحركة الكشفية والتي تعد واحدة من الحركات التي تسعى الى تحقق اهداف التربية الشاملة المتزنة بالاعتماد على المبادئ التربوية للحركة الكشفية، والقائد الكشفي يعمل على تحقيق أهدافها وهو معبرا ًعن آمال وطموحات الكشافة مما يتيح له القدرة على قيادتهم الجماعية بالشكل الذي يريده ويعد التكامل والتمُّيز الاداري من أهم معايير النجاح لدى القادة الكشفين، اما مشكلة البحث تتلخص في الإجابة عـن السؤال التالي (ما مستوى واقع التكامل والتمايز لقادة الفرق المركزية في العراق؟)، قام الباحث باجراء المعاملات العلمية لمقياس التكامل والتمايز وتكون بصورته النهائية من (ست مجالات) و(34) عبارة، وقام بتطبيق المقياس على عينة  من (76) القادة الكشفيين واستنتج الباحث ان قادة الفرق الكشفية المركزية في العراق  يمتلكون مستوى متوسط من التكامل والتمايز الاداري، وأوصى الباحث بضرورة اعتماد المقياس الخاص بقياس التكامل والتمايز الاداري عند اختيار قادة الفرق الكشفية المركزية.
