الملخص
هدف البحث التعرف إلى توجهات ومستقبل لاعبي أندية المحترفين لكرة القدم في فلسطين بعد حرب 7 أكتوبر/ 2023 من حيث مصادر الدخل والتحديات المهنية التي تواجههم، استعمل الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي نظرا لملاءمته أغراض البحث، أجري البحث على عينة عشوائية بسيطة قوامها (84) لاعباً من لاعبي اندية المحترفين في الضفة الغربية، ولأغراض جمع البيانات قام الباحث بتصميم أداة البحث لقياس توجهات ومستقبل لاعبي أندية المحترفين لكرة القدم في فلسطين بعد حرب 7 أكتوبر/ 2023 والمكونة من أسئلة اختيار من متعدد، واستنتج الباحث إن أعلى مصدر لدخل اللاعب المحترف هو راتب النادي بتكرار (53) وكان أقل مصدر لدخل اللاعب من أعمال اخرى ودعم حكومي أو منظمات بتكرار (10) ويوصي الباحث توفير دعم مادي مباشر للاعبين المحترفين من قبل الجهات الحكومية والقطاع الخاص من أجل تغطية جزء من التحديات الاقتصادية التي يواجهها اللاعبون بعد انخفاض دخلهم بسبب الظروف الحالية
