الملخص

هدف البحث الى اعداد التعرف على تأثير التمرينات المهارية بالأسلوب التنافسي في تعلم مهارات الدورات الكشفية فقد استعملت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي لملاءمته طبيعة المشكلة المراد حلها، أمَّا عينة البحث فتكونت من الفرقة الكشفية المرشدات (متوسطة الازدهار للبنات) والبالغ عددهن (24) مرشدة، استناداً الى ما اسفرت عنة نتائج البحث توصلت الباحثة الى الاستنتاجات الاتية ان طريقة الاسلوب التنافسي ساهم في زيادة اندفاع المرشدة نحو الاداء مما ساهم في تعلم المهارات الدورات الكشفية وعليه تمت التوصية استخدام التمرينات التنافسية لتعلم مهارات كشفية اخرى
