الملخص
هدف البحث إلى بناء مقياسي القيادة الرؤيوية والأئتلافات الداخلية للعاملين في منتديات الشباب والرياضة في بغداد، وأعتمد المنهج الوصفي بإسلوب العلاقات الإرتباطية، على عينة بلغت (225) فرداً اختيروا عشوائياً بنسبة (19.38%) من المجتمع الأصل المتمثل بالعاملين منتديات الشباب والرياضة في الرصافة، واستنتج الباحث بإن مقياسي القيادة الرؤيوية والأئتلافات الداخلية يصلحان لما أعدا من أجله لقياس وجهة نظر العاملين في منتديات الشباب والرياضة ، وكانت التوصيات بإنه من الضروري الأهتمام بالقياس التخصصي لوجهة نظر العاملين في منتديات الشباب والرياضة لِما لها من دور في دعم إدارة وتطوير عمل هذهِ المؤسسات
