تأثير تمرينات خاصة في تقليل فروقات خطوة الاجتياز بين الحواجز العشرة وانجاز ركض 110م حواجز

الملخص
يهدف البحث الى التعرف على تأثير التمرينات الخاصة في انجاز ركض فعالية ركض (110)م حواجز , استعمل الباحثون المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعة الواحدة , وذلك لملائمة طبيعة مشكلة البحث , اما مجتمع البحث فتمثل بلاعبي نادي السماوة الشباب والبالغ عددهم (6) لاعبين ,ثم عمل الباحثون على تحديد متغيرات البحث والتي تمثلت بـ ( خطوة اجتياز كل حاجز , الإنجاز بفعالية 110 متر حواجز ) واستنتج الباحثون الى ان التمرينات الخاصة والمعدة من قبل الباحثون ساهمت في تقليل فروق خطوة الاجتياز بين الحواجز العشرة مما أدى الى انتظام سرعة الركض خلال مسافة 110 متر حواجز وعليه أوصى الباحثون المدربين الاستعانة بتمرينات طول الخطوة والضغط المسلط والمتضمنة تدريبات للتوافق لما لها دور في تحسين فرق خطوة الاجتياز والانجاز بفعالية 110 متر حواجز
