تأثير أسلوب التعلم بنظام المحطات في بعض القدرات الحركية ودقة أداء مهارة الضرب الساحق بالكرة الطائرة للطالبات

الملخص
هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أسلوب التعلم بنظام المحطات في بعض القدرات الحركية ودقة أداء مهارة الضرب الساحق بالكرة الطائرة للطالبات، واتبعت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعتين المتكافئتين ذات الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي، وتكونت عينة البحث الرئيسة من(24) طالبة من طالبات المرحلة الثالثة في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة للبنات خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي(2023-2024) واستعلمت الباحثة الوسائل والأدوات والأجهزة المناسبة، فضلاً عن إجراء تجربة استطلاعية مصغرة، وفي ضوء النتائج توصلت الباحثة إلى استنتاجات عدة كان من أهمها: أدى أسلوب التعلم بنظام المحطات دوراً كبيراً في تحسن بعض القدرات الحركية ودقة أداء مهارة الضرب الساحق بالكرة الطائرة لطالبات المجموعة التجريبية وقد أوصت الباحثة بضرورة الاهتمام باعتماد أسلوب التعلم بنظام المحطات في العملية التعليمية لمادة الكرة الطائرة لطالبات المرحلة الثالثة، مع التأكيد على تطوير القدرات الحركية المرتبطة بأداء المهارات الحركية في أثناء العملية التعليمية.
