الملخص
هدف البحث الى اعداد تمرينات التمطية العضلية باستخدام بعض المقاومات على المرونة وتحمل القوة العضلية وبعض المهارات الاساسية بالكرة الطائرة للشباب وكان المنهج المستعمل هو المنهج التجريبي ذات طابع مجاميع متكافئة اذ كانت العينة هم لاعبي الكرة الطائرة الشباب لنادي ديالى الرياضي للموسم 2023-2024 وكانت اهم الاستنتاجات: - تمرينات التمطية العضلية باستخدام بعض المقاومات نجحت في رفع مستوى المرونة وتحمل القوة العضلية وبعض المهارات الاساسية بالكرة الطائرة للشباب وتم التوصية: اعتماد تمرينات التمطية العضلية باستخدام بعض المقاومات في تدريب الشباب بالكرة الطائرة ضمن الوحدات التدريبية كونها نجحت في رفع مستوى المرونة وتحمل القوة العضلية وبعض المهارات الاساسية .
