الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الى: - بناء مقياس التعليم الاساس من وجهة نظر حلقاته التعليمية المهنية (الابتدائي- الثانوي) في ذي قار. والتعرف على واقع التعليم الاساس في المدارس الابتدائية والمتوسطة التابعة الى مديرية تربية محافظة ذي قار من خلال استخراج مستويات محاور المقياس والمقياس ككل.


واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المسح باعتباره الأكثر ملائمة لتحقيق اهداف البحث اذ تكونت العينة من الكوادر التعليمية لمدارس التعليم الأساس في محافظة ذي قار، واستنتج الباحث: ظهور مستويات متعددة لواقع التعليم الأساس من وجهة نظر كوادره التعليمية في محافظة ذي قار، وأوصى الباحث: بث روح المنافسة بين الحلقات التعليمية في المحافظة من خلال إقامة معارض منتجات الطلبة الفصلية.
