الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الى بناء مقياس لذكاء الميداني للقادة الكشفيين، واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المسح وذلك لملاءمته أهداف البحث وطبيعة المشكلة اذ اخير مجتمع البحث بالطريقة العمدية وهم القادة الكشفية  والبالغ عددهم ( 140) )  قائداً وقائدة ونتيجة لهذا قسمت العينة إلى قسمين كالاتي  


أولاً: عينة بناء المقياس: وشملت عدداً من القادة الكشفيين والبالغ عددهم (75) قائداٍ اذ بلغت نسبتهم (53.57%) من مجتمع البحث.


ثانياً: عينة التطبيق: وشملت (60) قائداً حيث بلغت نسبتهم (42.85%) من مجتمع البحث


واستنتج الباحثون تم التوصل إلى بناء وتطبيق مقياس الذكاء الميداني لدى القادة الكشفيين، فالقائد الكشفي الذي يتمتع بذكاء الميداني عالي ينعكس ذلك على أدائه، وأوصى باعتماد المقياس الحالي الذي صممه الباحثون للكشف عن مستوى الذكاء الميداني لدى القادة الكشفيين.
