الملخص

كان للبحث هدفان - تصميم اختبارات لتقييم الاداء الفني للاعبين المشارکین في دوري أقليم كوردستان العراق بكرة اليد ، وضع درجات ومستويات معيارية للاداء الفني للاعبين المشارکین بدوري أقليم كوردستان العراق بكرة اليد استعمل الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب التحليلي، الذي يتلاءم مع طبيعة المشكلة المراد دراستها.   وتكون مجتمع البحث وعينته التي اشتملت على أندية(اربيل، کویة ، السليمانية، بردرش، کرکوك، الا، سوران، رواندوز)  , وتكون مجتمع البحث من ( 160 ) لاعباً، إن طبيعة مشكلة البحث تفرض على الباحثين استعمال عدد من وسائل جمع المعلومات من اجل الحصول على النتائج والبيانات الصحيحة والدقيقة لتنفيذ متطلبات البحث،  وتم تنفيذ التطبيق النهائي للاختبارات المصممة بعد التأكد من صلاحية الاختبارات من خلال إيجاد المعاملات العلمية وملاءمة الاختبارات لعينة البحث قام الباحثان وبمساعدة فريق العمل المساعد بإجراء التجربة الرئيسة للفترة من  7/ 1/2022 ولغاية 21/11/2022 ، واستنتجنا أن اتباع الوسائل العلمية الخاصة لتصميم الاختبارات تم التوصل الى عدد من الاختبارات المهارية للاعبي كرة اليد واتسمت بالتوزيع الطبيعي المناسب وهي: الاختبارات المهارية (اختبار الطبطبة ودقة التصويب بالقفز الامامي - الخداع ودقة التصويب من القفز للأمام - استلام ودقة التصويب من الزاوية)
