الملخص

   أجرى الباحث بحثه الموسوم (الادارة الفعالة وعلاقتها بكفاءة الاداء لدى أعضاء الاتحاد العراقي للقوس والسهم ) , كان الهدف من البحث هو التعرف على قدرة الادارة الفعالة لدى الاتحاد  وعلاقته بكفاءة الاداء لدى اعضاء الاتحاد العراقي للقوس والسهم ، وقد استعمل الباحث  المنهج الوصفي للعلاقات الارتباطية من خلال استعمال استبانات يقاس بها متغير الادارة الفعالة وكفاءة الاداء لدى عينة البحث التي تم اختيارها اختياراً عمديا من مجتمع البحث , وهم اعضاء الاتحاد العراقي للقوس والسهم , والذين كان عددهم ( 10 ) اعضاء  , وبعد اتمام اجراءات البحث الميدانية من خلال تطبيق الاستبانات على عينة البحث بتوزيعها والاجابة على عباراتها من قبل المفحوصين تم تجميع الاستبانات وانزال بيانتها واجراء المعالجات الاحصائية عليها  واستنتج الباحث تمتع الاتحاد العراقي للقوس والسهم  بقدر كاف من الادارة الفعالة ,   لدى اعضاء الاتحاد العراقي للقوس والسهم  مستوى جيد في الاداء الوظيفي .  وأوصى الباحث بامكانية تطبيق المقياسين على باقي اعضاء الاتحادات الفرعية العراقية للعبة القوس والسهم. امكانية تطبيق المقاييس على اعضاء الاتحادات الرياضية العراقية الاخرى
