الملخص

هدف البحث إلى تصميم وتقنين اختبارات لقياس بعض المهارات الهجومية الأساسية لدى لاعبي أندية البصرة بكرة اليد، فضلاً عن بناء مستويات معيارية لهذه الاختبارات بما يساعد على تقييم الأداء الهجومي الفردي بصورة دقيقة تسهم في تطوير العملية التدريبية.


اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب التحليلي لملاءمته طبيعة مشكلة البحث. وشمل مجتمع البحث لاعبي أندية البصرة بكرة اليد للموسم الرياضي (2024–2025)، والبالغ عددهم (152) لاعباً، فيما بلغت عينة البحث الرئيسة (100) لاعباً بنسبة (65.8%) من المجتمع الكلي، إضافة إلى عينة الثبات (16) لاعباً وعينة التجربة الاستطلاعية (10) لاعبين، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عمدية لتمثيل مختلف المستويات المهارية.


تم تصميم مجموعة من الاختبارات بعد الاطلاع على الأدبيات العلمية ذات الصلة، وأخذ آراء الخبراء والمختصين للتأكد من صلاحيتها وملاءمتها لطبيعة المهارات الهجومية في كرة اليد. وبعد التحقق من الخصائص العلمية للاختبارات (الصدق – الثبات – الموضوعية)، جرى تنفيذ التطبيق النهائي على عينة البحث.


وقد أسفر البحث عن اعتماد ثلاث اختبارات هجومية أساسية، هي اختبار سرعة الانطلاق مع التصويب من القفز , اختبار المناورة والتصويب السريع و اختبار التمرير السريع أثناء الحركة.


وأظهرت النتائج أن هذه الاختبارات تتمتع بدرجة عالية من الثبات والموضوعية والصدق، كما أنها اتسمت بتوزيع طبيعي لدرجات اللاعبين. وبذلك يمكن اعتمادها كأدوات علمية مقننة لتقييم مستوى الأداء الهجومي الفردي للاعبي كرة اليد في أندية البصرة، فضلاً عن إمكانية الاستفادة منها من قبل المدربين والباحثين في بناء البرامج التدريبية وتطوير الجوانب المهارية للاعبين.
