دراسة تحليلية لأهم الركلات الهجومية المستخدمة لدى لاعبي النخبة في رياضة التايكوندو

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم الركلات الهجومية المستخدمة لدى لاعبي التايكوندو في مباريات بطولة العالم الكبرى المقامة في موجو (2025)، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على مباريات الأدوار نصف النهائية والنهائية للأوزان المختلفة بمجموع (12) مباراة و(24) لاعب، تم تحليل المباريات باستخدام برنامج (Kinovea - 2024.1.1)، واستخراج التكرارات والنسب المئوية والمتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري، وكشفت الدراسة عن أهم النتائج بأن أهم الركلات الهجومية المستخدمة لدى لاعبي النخبة كانت بالترتيب هي: الركلة الدائرية وركلة القطع، كما أن لاعبي الأوزان الخفيفة والثقيلة يستخدمون الركلات الهجومية المباشرة لمناسبتها بالتسلسل الحركية الخاصة لهذه الفئة من الأوزان، وفي الأدوار النهائية يميل لاعبي النخبة إلى التقليل من الركلات الهجومية المباشرة لأنها لا تتناسب مع وتيرة المنافسة، وعليه أوصى الباحثون على التركيز أثناء التدريب على الركلات الهجومية وتطويرها بما يتناسب مع المواقف التنافسية، وأيضا دراسة فاعلية الركلات الهجومية وما لها من دور في الفوز.
