الملخص

   هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل دور التخطيط الاستراتيجي في تطوير برامج التربية الرياضية بالمؤسسات التعليمية. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 100 من العاملين في مجال التربية الرياضية. تم جمع البيانات من استبانة ومقابلات شبه منظمة، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية والتحليلية، استنتج الباحثان وجود تأثير إيجابي ذي دلالة إحصائية للتخطيط الاستراتيجي على جميع جوانب برامج التربية الرياضية، حيث ساهم في تحسين المحتوى بنسبة 75%، ورفع كفاءة الموارد بنسبة 78.6%، وزيادة رضا المستفيدين بنسبة 80.6%، مما يؤكد دوره كأداة فعالة في تحقيق التطوير المتكامل، كما يوصي الباحثان باعتماد التخطيط الاستراتيجي كمنهجية أساسية في إدارة وتطوير برامج التربية الرياضية.
