الخلاصة
الدراسة الحالية تبين مقدار التغير في معدل ضربات القلب لدى كل من لاعبي رفع الاثقال ذوي الخبرة والمبتدئين لنادي الاتحاد في محافظة البصرة اذ تبين وجود فروقات بين كل من المبتدئين وذوي الخبرة في رفع اوزان مختلفة من الاثقال وخلال فترات زمنية متفاوتة تخلل بينه بعض المهارات التدريبية وقد تميزت البيانات الخاصة بذوي الخبرة عن اللاعبين المبتدئين، كذلك تم قياس معد ضغط الدم الانقباضي والانبساطي القبلي والبعدي ولكلا المجموعتين وتفوقت مجموعة ذوي الخبرة على لمبتدئين خلال التمارين.
