أسهام بعض المظاهر الكينماتيكية للقوة المميزة بالسرعة لعضلات الجذع بالأداء الفني للقفز ضماً على الحصان للنساء

الملخص
هدف البحث إلى التعرف على قيم بعض المظاهر الكينماتيكية (النقل الحركي بين أجزاء الجسم، والانسيابية الحركية بدلالة التغير بالزخوم للقوة المميزة بالسرعة، وزمن النهوض) لمهارة القفز ضماً على الحصان في جمناستك النساء، واعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب العلاقات الارتباطية, وكانت عينة البحث (32) طالبة اختيرت عشوائياً من طالبات المرحلة الثانية في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة/جامعة بغداد للعام الدراسي (2024/2025)، استنتجت الباحثة بإنه يرتبط ويسهم النقل الحركي بين أجزاء الجسم للقوة المميزة بالسرعة بتحسين الأداء الفني لمهارة القفز ضماً على الحصان في جمناستك النساء ويؤثر بها طردياً لدى طالبات كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة، أي كلما قلت زادت قيم النقل الحركي، كلما زادت قيم الاداء المهاري الفني لهذهِ المهارة. كما اوصت الباحثة من الضروري الاهتمام بالتحليل الكينماتيكي للطالبات عند أدائهن مهارة القفز ضماً على الحصان في جمناستك النساء لِما له من دور تشخيصي وتصحيحي للأخطاء المهارية الفنية.
