الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تصميم وتطوير منصة رقمية مبتكرة تعمل كجسر فعّال بين المواهب الرياضية الشابة والأندية المحترفة، وذلك لمعالجة الفجوة الواضحة في عمليات اكتشاف المواهب في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا. تعتمد المنصة على تكامل تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتحليل البيانات لإنشاء ملفات شاملة للاعبين تتضمن مقاطع فيديو وبيانات أداء موضوعية، مما يعزز الشفافية ويقلل من الاعتماد على الأساليب التقليدية التي تتسم بالتحيز والتكلفة العالية. تم اتباع منهجية بحثية تشمل تحليل المتطلبات من خلال مقابلات مع أصحاب المصلحة، وتحليل المنصات المنافسة، وتصميم نموذج أولي قابل للاختبار. تساهم المنصة في دمقرطة اكتشاف المواهب، وتمكين اللاعبين من المناطق المهمشة، ورفع كفاءة الأندية في عملية الانتقاء، بما يتوافق مع أهداف التنمية المستدامة.
