التقنيات الحديثة ودورها في التشخيص والتأهيل في مجالات الطب الرياضي

الملخص
ملخص البحث– هدفت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على استخدام التقنيات الحديثة لتطوير مجال الطب الرياضي للتشخيص والتأهيل ومعرفة أهم المعوقات والتحديات التي واجهت وتواجه هذا المجال ودراسة إمكانيات تعزيزها وتوفير مقومات تقدمها في مراكز الطب الرياضي في العراق حيث شهد العالم قفزة نوعية في استخدام هذه التكنولوجيا الطبية الحديثة من خلال استخدام أجهزة التقنيات الحديثة مثل أجهزة التحليل الحركي والذكاء الاصطناعي والتحفيز الكهربائي وأجهزة التوازن وهذا ما أسهم في رفع دقة التشخيص وتسريع عمليات التأهيل والعلاج وتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة للرياضي وتلخصت الدراسة إلى أهمية استخدام التقنيات الحديثة وضرورة توفيرها وتعزيزها في مراكز الطب الرياضي في العراق ورفع كفاءة الكوادر التخصصية لهذه الأجهزة وتطوير هذا المجال الحيوي بصورة أسرع .كما أظهرت النتائج إن من معوقات استخدام هذه التقنيات هو نقص الأجهزة الحديثة وضعف كفاءة الكوادر الخاصة لاستخدام هذه التقنيات كما يوصي الباحث بضرورة تزويد مراكز الطب الرياضي بأجهزة التقنيات الحديثة لمواكبة التطور العلمي الكبير في مجالات الطب الرياضي .
