دور التدريب الوظيفي وتنمية التوافق العضلي - العصبي في تطوير دقة مهارتي التصويب من الثبات والقفز عالياً بكرة اليد

الملخص
يهدف البحث الى التعرف على أثر التدريب المهني على تحسين أداء طلاب كرة اليد، ومدى ارتباط فعالية التدريب الوظيفي والتنسيق العصبي العضلي بتحسين مستوى أداء طلاب كرة اليد في مهارات دقة التسديد. استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة ذات الاختبار القبلي والبعدي. وشملت عينة البحث على طلاب المرحلة الثالثة كلية التربية الأساسية \ قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة، وأظهرت النتائج تحسناً واضحاً في أداء التصويب من القفز العالي والتصويب من الثبات بعد استخدام التمارين التوافقية، مما يدل على فعالية هذه التمارين في تنمية القدرة على الدقة والتوقيت أثناء القفز والتصويب. كما يوصي الباحث بالتدريب على جميع أنواع مهارات الرماية، ليصبح من أبرز الشخصيات في أداء الأدوار الصعبة لأطول فترة.
