تاثير تمرينات خاصة بأستخدام اداة مساعدة في تطوير دقة اداء الضربة اللولبية الامامية والخلفية لطلاب منتخب الجامعة في تنس الطاولة

الملخص
يهدف البحث الى تصميم أداة مساعدة فضلا عن اعداد تمرينات باستخدام الاداة يعمل كعمل المدرب ومعرفة مدى تأثيرها على دقة بعض المهارات الأساسية بكرة الطاولة، استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة ذات الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي لملائمته طبيعة مشكلة البحث اذ اشتملت عينة البحث على مجموعة من لاعبي منتخب الجامعة التكنولوجية لكرة الطاولة للعام الدراسي 2024-2025 ,أستنتج الباحث أن الادوات باستخدام التمرينات كان له الدور والعامل الرئيسي في التحسن الحاصل للمجموعة التجريبية على المجموعة الضابطة في تطوير دقة المهارات الأساسية بكرة الطاولة, ويوصي الباحث باستخدام الادوات في تطوير مهارات أخرى غير المدروسة وضرورة تنويع التمرينات باستخدام الادوات لفائدة المتعلم وحصول تعلم أسرع.
