التوازن الثابت والمتحرك وعلاقته ببعض المهارات الهجومية للاعبين الشباب تحت (19) بكرة القدم

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على علاقة التوازن (الثابت والمتحرك) ببعض المهارات الهجومية (التمرير والتهديف) للاعبي كرة القدم الشباب تحت 19 سنة. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وطبّق على عينة قصدية مكونة من (32) لاعباً من نادي الصناعة الرياضي. تمّ قياس التوازن الثابت (باختبار الوقوف على مشط القدم) والمتحرك (باختبار الانتقال فوق العلامات)، وتقييم دقة التمرير والتهديف عبر اختبارات معيارية. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقات ارتباطية موجبة قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيرات البحث، حيث بلغت أعلى قيمة ارتباط بين التوازن المتحرك ومهارة التهديف (ر=0.92). يستنتج أن للقدرات الحركية المتمثلة بالتوازن تأثيراً إيجابياً واضحاً في تطوير الأداء المهاري الهجومي. بناءً على ذلك، يوصي البحث بضرورة إعطاء أولوية لتدريب التوازن بأنواعه ضمن المناهج التدريبية للشباب
