الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى استخدام تمرينات عالية الشدة بمصاحبة Beta-Alanine  وأثرهما على القوة الانفجارية لدى لاعبي نادي الكرخ لكرة القدم , أستخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي كونه أقرب المناهج لحل مشكلة بحثه ولقد أستخدم الباحث نظام المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة باستخدام الاختبار القبلي والبعدي, اما عينة البحث فتكونت من (25) لاعب وقد مثلوا نسبة (%5 ) من مجتمع البحث وتم اختيارهم بطريقة عمدية أيضاً , استنتج الباحث أن لتمرينات القوة الانفجارية التي تم استخدامها من قبله دور كبير في تطوير هذه القدرة لدى عينة البحث, يوصي الباحث باستخدام تمرينات القوة الانفجارية حيث كان لها الأثر الواضح في تطوير هذه القدرة.
