الملخص
هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى التحديات والمعوقات التي تواجه الرياضي الموهوب في المدارس التخصصية لأقسام رعاية الموهبة الرياضية في بغداد من وجهة نظر مدربي واداريي تلك المدارس للوقوف عليها ومحاولة ايجاد الحلول المناسبة لها, استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي ودراسة الحالة لملائمته وطبيعة مشكلة البحث, اذ كانت عينة البحث الرئيسة (206) مدرباً وإدارياً، وتم بناء مقياس للتعرف على التحديات التي تواجهه الرياضيين الموهوبين بلغت عباراته (62) عبارة موزعة على أربع مجالات وأشارت أهم نتائج البحث بوجود تحديات تواجه الموهوبين بدرجة عالية واوصت الباحثة بمساعدة الموهوب رياضيا للتغلب على الضغوطات الحياتية التي يتعرض لها وتقديم الرعاية النفسية له وعليه تمت التوصية التعاون ما بين وزارة التربية ووزارة الشباب والرياضة لرعاية الموهوبين رياضيا لتوفير الوسائل المادية والمعنوية التي تساعدهم على تنمية وصقل موهبتهم الرياضية
