الملخص
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى تقدير الذات البدنية لدى طلاب تخصص التربية الرياضية أثناء مشاركتهم في الأنشطة البدنية والرياضية، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بصورته التحليلية على عينة عشوائية طبقية قوامها (183) طالبا وطالبة خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول (2025-2024 م)، حيث وزعت عليهم استبانة مكونه من (26) فقرة، ولمعالجة البيانات والوصول إلى النتائج تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS)، وأشارت النتائج إلى أن هدفت مستوى تقدير الذات البدنية لدى طلاب تخصص التربية الرياضية أثناء مشاركتهم في الأنشطة البدنية والرياضية كان كبيرا بمتوسط حسابي (4.05)، ويوصي الباحث بتطوير المناهج الدراسية لتعزيز تقدير الذات البدنية من خلال برامج تدريبية تشمل الأنشطة الرياضية التي تحسن من الأداء البدني وتعزز من الثقة بالنفس لدى الطلاب
