الملخص
هدف البحث الى بناء وتطبيق مقياس النضج الوظيفي لدى العاملين في منتديات الشباب والرياضة في محافظة البصرة – ذي قار – ميسان واستعمل الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي وذلك لملاءمته أهداف البحث وطبيعة المشكلة وكانت عينة البحث هم موظفي منتديات الشباب والرياضة في محافظة البصرة- ذي قار – ميسان وتم اعتماد الاستبانة اداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات كما تم اعتماد البرنامج الاحصائي(spss) لغرض تحليل البيانات المجمعة واستنتج الباحثان توافر ابعاد النضج الوظيفي في الميدان المبحوث ، وعليه تمت التوصية ضرورة الاهتمام بالنضج الوظيفي بشكل اكبر من خلال اقامة الدورات التطويرية بشكل مستمر.
