هدف البحث إعداد تدريبات الجهد البدني  في تطوير الضغط الجزئي الاوكسجيني تحمل السرعة وانجاز ركض 10000 متر للرجال حيث استخدم الباحثون المنهج التجريبي بالمجموعات المتكافئة وتحدد مجتمع البحث لاعبي ركض 10000 متر رجال في أندية محافظة بغداد( نادي الجيش الرياضي , نادي الشرطة الرياضي , نادي الحشد الرياضي ) للموسم الرياضي 2024, وبواقع (12) عداء ،وتوصل الباحثون إلى أهم الاستنتاجات اثرا ايجابيا لتدريبات الجهد البدني  بدلالة الضغط الجزئي الاوكسجيني في تطوير تحمل السرعة وانجاز ركض 10000 متر للمجموعة التجريبية
